David Svenson has worked with his father on many of his larger commissions. David’s own creations primarily are experimentations with wood, glass and neon. Deeply influenced by his training in Northwest Coast Indian art and culture, the works are about crossing cultural boundaries by blending art with science and the natural world around us.
Kazumi Kobayashi Svenson is a hot glass artist and teacher from Japan. Her works are inspired by traditional Japanese folk craft and stories and a deep sensitivity for deep-sea creatures and her dreams of traveling with them.
